Phil Lowther

Chief Executive Officer

Building Rippling from the ground up has been hugely rewarding. Leading an organisation of like-minded colleagues, knowing we are helping to make a positive difference to people’s lives and creating new jobs; how could I not have a spring in my step and enjoy what I do?

Rippling, at its heart, is a people business. Without the dedication, support and commitment of its employees, Rippling could not exist. Everyone in the organisation has a crucial role to play in making Rippling a success. Everyone is important and valued. It’s inspiring to be part of a rapidly growing, dedicated team that is determined to create and deliver successful fundraising campaigns. Yes, it’s important that we deliver outstanding results for our charity owners, but it’s also important that we enjoy what we do every day and have fun along the way. I’m seriously proud to be working with like-minded people who share the same perspective and who make working at Rippling so enjoyable.

Senior Fundraising Manager

Working in environments where I can make a positive difference excites and engages me - I get to do that here at Rippling. It is hugely rewarding knowing that the training and assessment programs that I create and deliver, provide our teams with the tools they need to be highly effective in their roles and have a positive impact on the charities we represent.

For me, an essential aspect of making a positive difference in the world is to ‘Be the Change’. At Rippling, this ethos represents the very essence of the organisation that unites us as a team. Being part of the Rippling team enables me to continually develop and improve as a Manager, but more importantly, provides a platform by which I can develop and nurture others, something I really enjoy doing and feel passionate about.

Kate Burtt

Data & Systems Support Manager

I have worked in the charity sector for over 18 years and know how integral data and systems are to the success of each organisation. I love that I can be part of providing the best technology solutions for Rippling to support "the new wave of giving” in Australia.

I’m driven by a passion for helping others. Rippling helps four leading Australian charities deliver vital programs to people both here and overseas, facilitated by the funds they receive. Through the work we do at Rippling, we are each able to contribute to making a difference in the lives of others.

Supporting fundraisers to be the best
